Do you charge sales tax?
Sales or use tax is charged on non-exempt orders shipped to locations in Massachusetts. The tax is calculated at a rate of 5%.

Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?
In most cases, orders received before noon are shipped the same day. Orders received after noon and early evening may not ship until the next business day. How long it takes to receive your order is dependent on the shipping method you select.

What methods of shipping are available?
Orders can be shipped by United State Post Office. We offer First Class, Priority, and Express Mail service.
  • First Class Mail Service - normal mail service with no delivery confirmation. Packages must way less than 13 oz.
  • Priority Mail Service - delivery in 2-3 days with delivery confirmation
  • Express Mail Service - next day delivery service with delivery confirmation

Do you keep my credit card info?
Yes, your credit card information is stored in our database. Your credit card is authorized and charged at the time your order is placed. Comcolorprints accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Web security and security procedures are reviewed and may be updated on a regular basis. By default, all orders placed on our site are done on a secure server that encrypts all financial information through SSL. If your account is inactive for 180 days, your credit card information may be removed.

What type of paper does Comcolorprints use?
Comcolor standard paper is Kodak's professional Ultra Endura paper.

Do you develop film?
Yes, we can do develop film. Please contact us at customerservice@comcolorprints.com for more information.

How long does it take to upload images?
Time will vary. It can take only a few seconds or as long as several minutes to upload each file. Length of upload time depends on the speed of your Internet connection and the file size of your photo.

How long do you store my photos?
Images are deleted once an order is shipped. If you have uploaded an image, but have not ordered a print the images will be deleted when the customer logs out.

Is there a charge to store my photos?
Yes, there is a $7.99 monthly charge for 50MB of disk space.

Can I order a photo CD of my pictures?

What if I am not satisfied with my order or I want to return a damaged order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact customer service at customerservice@comcolorprints.com and let us know the issue. Typically customers are asked to note the issue with their prints and return them to

How is my order acknowledged?
Upon receipt of your order we will send you an email verification acknowledging the details of your order. In addition, you will receive an email when your order is shipped. This notification will provide tracking information.

System Requirements

What are the system requirements?
Comcolorprints can be used on both Windows and Macintosh platforms. Below are the specific requirements for each platform:
  • Operating System: Windows 2000 or higher; Macintosh OS X
  • Browser: Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher; Netscape Navigator 6.2 or higher.*
  • Monitor Resolution: 800x600 resolution is required
  • Picture format: Digital pictures are accepted in JPEG file format.
Macintosh users: In order to use the Comcolorprints Image Upload Plugin, you will need to have the Java Runtime Environment (version 1.3 or higher) and Quicktime (version 5 or higher) installed on your machine. These programs come installed as defaults on Macintosh OS X and usually do not require any additional configuration. Mac users will also need to have scripting and plug-ins enabled in their browser. *The Comcolorprints Image Upload Plugin is not available in Netscape browsers.
